Return
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging :) The return shipping costs are yours.

- Netherlands 1-4 days
- Europe 3-7 days
- US 7-20 days
- World 10-30 days
Due to international postal issues, shipping may take longer that usual!
Clothing & accessories
- We work with printing on demand, this means your items are produced when ordered. Shipping worldwide takes 7-21 days.
Handwritten lyrics
Nax writes the lyrics personal, so we can't guarentee next-day delivery ;-) But we ensure you we'll send your handwritten lyrics within 2 weeks. After these 2 weeks, these are the expected delivery times:
- Netherlands 1-4 days
- Europe 3-7 days
- US 7-20 days
- World 10-30 days
